Haagen-Ware is not responsible for data loss, hardware failure, or any damages that occur beyond our direct control. While we take every precaution to protect your data and systems, we recommend maintaining regular backups and security measures on your end.
Haagen-Ware no se hace responsable por la pérdida de datos, fallas de hardware o cualquier daño que ocurra fuera de nuestro control directo.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes or legal matters arising from our services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Jersey courts.

Haagen-Ware is not responsible for any equipment (PCs, Laptops, etc.) or finished projects (Merchandising, Web designs) that have not been paid for and/or claimed within 60 calendar days after the completion notification. After this period, items may be disposed of or sold to recover storage and labor costs.
Haagen-Ware no se hace responsable por equipos (PCs, Laptops, etc.) o proyectos terminados (Merchandising, Diseños Web) que no hayan sido liquidados y/o reclamados después de 60 días calendario a partir de la notificación de finalización. Pasado este período, los artículos podrán ser desechados o vendidos para recuperar costos de almacenamiento y mano de obra.
